The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) landmark July 10, 2015 Declaratory Ruling interpreting the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is nearing its one year anniversary. During this webinar, the speakers will provide a year-in-review of developments under the TCPA, with specific focus on developments as to the key issues addressed in the Declaratory Ruling.
