Anthony and Lutz inducted into Class of Fellows
Troutman Sanders’ Financial Services Litigation practice group co-leader David Anthony and Troutman Sanders’ Financial Institutions practice group leader Jake Lutz, both in Richmond, were inducted into the Virginia Law Foundation’s 2013 Class of Fellows, which was publicized in a January 25 Virginia Lawyers Weekly article.
The induction ceremony took place on January 24 at the Virginia Law Foundation’s dinner meeting held in Williamsburg, Virginia, during The Virginia Bar Association’s Annual Meeting.
Induction as a Fellow is an honor conferred on selected Virginia attorneys, law professors and retired members of the judiciary by the VLF Board. These individuals are inducted based on the Board deeming them as outstanding in their profession and in their community. Membership is limited to one percent of the active and associate memberships of the Virginia State Bar and currently numbers more than 400.
Anthony and Lutz join fellow Troutman Sanders attorneys Tom Betz (retired), John Daniel, Jay Johnston (retired), Neil Kessler, Steve Northup (retired), Cotes Pinckney (retired), Jim Roberts (retired), Steve Rosenthal, Bob Seabolt and George Somerville as members of this exclusive group.
