Atlanta associate James McCabe’s article – “ Can Employers Record Employee Phone Conversations?” – was published March 25 in Law360. The article highlights the legal risks employers face in recording employee phone calls and explains three options employers have when determining whether to do so. It also examines the impact of the California Recording Law on companies outside of California.
