Four new partners in New York
The arrival of four partners from Dentons to Troutman Sanders’ New York office received media coverage in several publications:The American Lawyer, The New York Law Journal, Law360, Bloomberg Businessweek and The Daily Report). The group of four partners – Hugh McDonald, Jonathan Forstot, Patrick Fitzmaurice and Louis Curcio – specialize in commercial bankruptcy and litigation, restructuring and creditors’ rights.
Per the Law360 article, Hugh touted Troutman Sanders’ “platform and reputation” as key reasons behind the quartet’s move, stating they felt that a lateral shift would give them a strong opportunity to grow their practice and expand the services they can offer to clients. “We believe that our practice fits very well with the firm’s focus on complex commercial matters, and we are extremely happy to be here,” he said.
