ATLANTA – Troutman Sanders LLP announces the unanimous selection of Ira Genberg to the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Atlanta, the nation’s second largest United Way chapter with annual revenues exceeding $100 million.
“I am deeply committed to the programs and spirit of the United Way, and will work hard to continue its powerful impact on the lives of the community it serves,” said Genberg.
Through the United Way Impact Fund and its Collaborative Networks, the United Way invests in more than 200 programs in 13 counties in Georgia.
Genberg is a construction litigation partner at Troutman Sanders, and a Fellow of the Litigation Council of America, a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of the nation’s trial lawyers.
