Parents Sue Son’s High School Administrators
Stephen Piepgrass was quoted in a May 25 Herald-Progress article about an ongoing lawsuit in which he is representing parents suing their son’s high school administrators. The student, who had “bullying” placed on his permanent record, argues that he was reporting what he believed to be honor code violations by writing to Harvard University admissions officers about an accepted student. Of the case, Stephen said, “This was never about suing for money; this was about correcting the record.”
