The Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation team at Troutman Sanders invites you to attend its annual webinar on Thursday, September 27 at 2 p.m.
This year's webinar will focus on recent legislation that impacts the design and administration of tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. The discussion will include practical suggestions for implementing changes in law, fiduciary considerations and a new program for locating missing participants. In addition, we will address significant changes to the executive compensation deduction rules in Section 162(m) of the Internal Revenue Code that may dramatically impact the way many companies design and administer executive compensation programs.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program is currently pending in multiple jurisdictions. Processing by state bars requires up to 90 days to receive approval; for those licensed in California, Illinois, New York, and/or New Jersey, certificates will be distributed within 7-10 business days.
