Presented by Jack Marshall, who founded and has served as president and CEO of ProEthics, Ltd. For 17 years. Mr. Marshall has created more than 160 interactive ethics programs for bar associations, law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit organizations. He has served as adjunct professor of legal ethics at the American University School of Law in Washington, DC. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law Center and a member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He practiced criminal law in Massachusetts and organization law in the District of Columbia, and led non-profit organizations devoted to education, public policy research, and health.
