Troutman Sanders Advises Lumos Networks Corp. on EQT Infrastructure Acquisition
RICHMOND, Feb. 24, 2017 – Troutman Sanders LLP announced today that it advised Waynesboro-Va.-based Lumos Networks Corp., a leading fiber-based service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S., in a definitive agreement to be acquired by EQT Infrastructure, a Swedish private equity firm.
Under the terms of the all-cash, $950 million transaction, EQT Infrastructure will acquire Lumos Networks for $18.00 per share.
