Troutman Sanders Expands Financial Services Litigation Practice in Atlanta
ATLANTA – August 18, 2016 - Troutman Sanders LLP announced today that Cindy Hanson has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice as a partner in Atlanta. Prior to joining Troutman Sanders, Hanson was a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.
Hanson focuses on class action defense and has handled hundreds of matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Her practice includes representing consumer reporting agencies, entities furnishing information to those agencies and employers using background check information.

Hanson is a member of the Georgia, New York and New Jersey Bars, eight Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and numerous Federal District Courts across the United States.
