Troutman Sanders Lawyer Selected for 2017 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellows Program
ATLANTA – Feb. 9, 2017 - Troutman Sanders Of Counsel, Nicole Edmonds, was selected by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to be a Fellow in 2017.
Nicole is a lawyer in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She is a member of the Corporate practice group with a primary focus on the representation of public companies in connection with corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank compliance, annual and special meetings of shareholders, securities exchange listings and compliance, beneficial ownership reporting, securities regulations and securities offerings. Nicole advises public companies with respect to compliance with federal securities laws, drafting public disclosure documents and drafting and negotiating public offering documents.
Nicole follows the firm’s 2016 Fellow, Keith Barnett, in this landmark program created to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Keith is a partner in the litigation practice at the firm.
According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”
