Troutman Sanders Pens USA Practice Guide on Real Estate for Chambers and Partners
ATLANTA – Troutman Sanders LLP has authored the Law & Practice section of the 2018 USA Practice Guide on Real Estate for Chambers and Partners. The firm’s Real Estate practice was asked by Chambers and Partners to be the exclusive contributor for the section. Mark Elliott, Walter Fisher, Stephanie Greer Fulcher and Will Homiller served as primary authors and editors with additional writing and editing support from Mark Goldsmith, David Jones, R.J. Nutter, Joel Post, Sean Sullivan and Sam Reaves.
“We were honored by the invitation to author the U.S. section of the global real estate guide,” said Walter Fisher, managing partner of the firm’s Charlotte and Raleigh offices. “We hope that in sharing our expertise through this platform, counsel around the world and in our own backyard will benefit.”
“We are proud to partner with Chambers and Partners and believe their reference guides to be valuable tools for those with business interests in the real estate industry,” said Mark Elliott, a partner and leader of Troutman Sanders’ Real Estate practice.
Chambers and Partners has ranked attorneys since 1990 and now covers 185 jurisdictions. The legal directory publishes Global Practice Guides that are freely accessible online and distributes 10,000 hard copies of each guide to senior in-house counsel worldwide, who use them as a reference when carrying out cross border work.
