Troutman Sanders won the “U.S.A. Deal of the Year – Middle Markets” award for its work as counsel for Pacific Ethanol’s acquisition of Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings. The firm also received the “North America Corporate Deal of the Year – Small Middle Markets” award for its representation of ARRIS Group and Charter Communications’ joint venture acquisition of ActiveVideo.
