Troutman Sanders Wins M&A Atlas Award for Excellence in Turnaround Deal
ATLANTA, April 5, 2017 – Troutman Sanders LLP has received a Turnaround M&A Atlas Award for Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year (value $25 to $100 million) for its representation of Pate-Dawson Company, a 131 year-old family owned restaurant distribution company, headquartered in Goldsboro, North Carolina, in its sale to an affiliate of Cheney Brothers, Inc.
The Turnaround M&A Atlas Awards honor deals and firms for excellence in restructuring and turnaround transactions. Financial Restructuring Partner Harris Winsberg led the team of Troutman Sanders attorneys advising Pate-Dawson, which included Finance Partner Justin Wood and Financial Restructuring Associate Stephen Roach.
