Trump EPA Rethinking Mercury Emissions Rule, DC Circ. Told
Troutman Sanders is mentioned in an April 18 Law360 article continuing the reporting of the appeal challenging the EPA’s rule limiting mercury and other toxic emissions from coal-fired power plants. Last week the EPA asked the D.C. Circuit to delay oral arguments as the rule is re-evaluated by the Trump administration. Troutman Sanders is representing several industry groups challenging the rule.
