  • Represented a lender in connection with a $7 million land acquisition loan, a $6.2 million revolving land-development loan and a $2.5 million letter of credit facility. These transactions were in connection with the financing of the Inns of the Cove multi-phase, residential development in Williamson County, Tennessee, that was presold to a national and a regional homebuilder.
  • Represented a lender in connection with an $11.4 million land acquisition and development loan, a $9 million revolving construction loan and a $3.2 million letter of credit facility to finance the Eleven Oaks in-fill subdivision in Fairfax, Virginia containing townhouses and single-family detached residences.
  • Represented a lender in $22.5 million acquisition loan for a portfolio of assisted living facilities located in South Carolina and Florida.
