Alice Grabe is an attorney in the Financial Services Litigation practice, whose practice includes the representation of clients in consumer law, business disputes, and commercial litigation in both federal and state court.

Specifically, Alice focuses on defending against claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), and the West Virginia Consumer Credit Protection Act ("WVCCPA").

Alice graduated from Regent University School of Law, where she served as Senior Editor on the Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy. While at Regent University School of Law, Alice was actively engaged as an extern with the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Virginia Beach, prosecuting cases under her Third Year Student Practice Certificate.

Representative Matters

  • Counsel for NYSE-listed banking institution in mortgage litigation case in federal court. Successful in moving to dismiss case with prejudice. Mills v. Flagstar Bank, 6:17-cv-00294-DCR-HAI (E.D. KY Feb. 26, 2018).
