Carrie focuses her practice on insurance litigation. She has more than 20 years of experience in handling complex insurance issues in the context of environmental contamination, asbestos liabilities, and toxic tort claims, and has served as national counsel to major insurance companies in the U.S. and in Europe. Carrie also has extensive experience in advising and representing insurance companies regarding construction defect, errors and omissions, and professional liability claims.
Carrie is admitted to practice in the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Carrie received her J.D. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, with honors, in 1992. She received her bachelor's degree from University of California, Santa Cruz in English and Russian literature with honors in 1982.
