Clayton De Arment is a Counsel in the Corporate practice. His practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures, commercial contracts, corporate governance and general corporate, securities and transactional law issues.

Clayton received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2000 and his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law in 2006. He also served as a law clerk to the late Honorable Glen M. Williams, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
