Emily Prince is an energy lawyer in Troutman Sanders’ Atlanta office whose practice focuses primarily on energy and renewable project development and finance. Emily’s work includes assisting in the drafting and negotiation of all major documentation with respect to acquisition, construction, warranty and operation of various energy projects.

Emily graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School in 2016 with a certificate in energy and environmental law. While at Tulane she served as the Communications Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and as the Executive Summit Chair of the Tulane Environmental Law and Policy Summit. She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia in 2010, where she majored in Political Science and Spanish. Prior to law school, Emily worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. first in the U.S. Senate then in governmental relations for an energy company.
