Texas Energy Team Represents Macquarie Principal Finance in Acquisition of Multifuels Midstream’s Regulated Natural Gas Pipeline System

A Locke Lord team led by John Arnold, along with Mark Miller and Gerry Pels (all of Houston), represented Macquarie Principal Finance in critical elements of Macquarie’s acquisition of Multifuels Midstream Group’s regulated natural gas pipeline system in Central Texas. The system includes 150 miles of owned and operated pipelines that transport natural gas to 18 utility service areas across Central Texas. Macquarie acquired the majority stake from Warren Equity and Multifuels L.P. for an undisclosed sum. For more information, see the press release.
