Financial Institutions Partner Gregory Parisi Joins Troutman Sanders in DC
Washington, D.C. – Gregory “Greg” Parisi has joined Troutman Sanders LLP as a partner in the firm’s Financial Institutions practice in Washington, D.C. He comes to the firm after nearly 20 years with Hogan Lovells.
Parisi’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and exchange compliance, FinTech, corporate governance and commercial matters. He has considerable bank regulatory expertise, often advising both public and private clients in the financial services industry, including both issuers and underwriters in securities offerings.
