Gillian is an experienced litigator representing clients in consumer law, business disputes and commercial litigation in both federal and state court.

Gillian uses her many years of experience at prominent national law firms to guide her clients, which include national banks, mortgage investors and loan servicers, to prompt and reasonable resolution in matters arising under federal and state law. Her practice includes litigation defense and compliance advice regarding FDCPA, TILA, FCRA, and RESPA, as well as resolving issues arising from contract disputes, business torts, foreclosure, title defects, eviction, and debt collection. Gillian is licensed to practice in Virginia and Florida and actively litigates in both states. Further, she has experience in West Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
Gillian graduated cum laude from Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law, where she was the executive editor of Volume 54 of the Catholic University Law Review. She also served as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing Lawyering Skills Program.
