Greg Matisoff is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice at Troutman Sanders LLP. His practice focuses on all aspects of employee benefits law relating to tax-qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, health and welfare plans, fiduciary breach matters, and advising clients in connection with the standards of fiduciary duty prescribed by ERISA.

Prior to joining Troutman Sanders, Greg worked at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), a federal agency that insures defined benefit pension plans. At PBGC, Greg advised on employee benefit matters and represented the agency in proceedings in federal courts.
