Holly Hill represents clients in a wide variety of environmental compliance matters with both federal and state agencies.  In particular, her practice focuses on waste issues including cleanup actions under CERCLA, RCRA, and Georgia’s “superfund” law - HSRA.  In this regard, Holly represents numerous clients with sites on the NPL and on the HSI and negotiates on behalf of these clients with the regulators. She also represents clients involved in RCRA corrective action issues as well as issues arising under the Clean Air Act.  In addition to regulatory representation, she represents clients in environmental cost recovery actions, insurance coverage, site contamination and permitting issues. Holly also counsels buyers, sellers and lenders on environmental due diligence issues and contractual language in business transactions.

Since 2004, Holly has served as a member of the Executive Committee of Kennesaw State University’s Board of Trustees; in this capacity, she recommends and approves funds and initiatives to support the growth of KSU, which includes acquiring real estate, developing new facilities, increasing student population and adding new academic programs and degrees. Since 2006, she has chaired the KSU Faculty Recognition Committee and served as a member of two additional committees involving faculty awards. Combined, these committees award approximately $258,000 annually to deserving faculty, more than any other university in Georgia. Because of her efforts, she received the Clarice C. Bagwell Medal (2009) for distinguished service.
