  • Represented a diversified and vertically integrated construction company in a P3 for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a fiber optic network comprising more than 3,000 miles of fiber optic cable with multiple redundant loops.
  • Represented a private-sector partner in the development, construction, financing, operation and management of military housing facilities on bases throughout the United States, with a collective value in excess of $3 billion.
  • Served as counsel to equity investors in a financing involving passenger train maintenance facilities operated by a municipal transit agency.
  • Represented one of the world's largest recyclers of refinery and natural gas byproducts in a port and rail redevelopment to expand its worldwide export facilities.
  • Advised an EPC contractor in its pursuit of a $2.5 billion light rail P3.
  • Represented a global engineering and construction group in a nearly $1 billion dispute arising out of the design and construction of a major power plant.
  • Advised a private-sector partner on a $2.8 billion greenfield highway P3 involving “coal synergy” innovations to save billions in development costs.
  • Represented a port operator to obtain local approvals and text amendments to accommodate an $800 million port facility.
  • Advised a design-build joint venture through commercial and financial close of a $2.3 billion managed lanes P3.
  • Advised an energy services company in the development and financing of numerous on-site cogeneration projects.
  • Negotiated EPC contracts and construction enhancement mechanisms (including sponsor support agreements, performance bonds, guarantees and letters of credit) for a large-scale P3 solar project.
  • Advised a design-builder on a $1.4 billion design-build-finance P3 for a greenfield toll road.
  • Advised a development authority in the formation of a tax allocation district and preparation of an award-winning redevelopment plan.
  • Secured reversal of a trial court’s constitutional ruling on appeal as specially retained appellate counsel with respect to a challenge to a $2.1 billion P3 infrastructure project.
  • Advised a design-build joint venture in its pursuit of a $2 billion airport train system P3 to connect travelers and staff with terminals, parking garages, car rental facilities and other airport amenities.
  • Served as privatization counsel to a major university for various social infrastructure developments.
