Alternative Finance Bar Association Names the First Recipient of the Greg Nowak Impact Award
Honoring the Late Troutman Pepper Partner Greg Nowak
Philadelphia – The Alternative Finance Bar Association (AFBA) announced the first recipient of the AFBA Greg Nowak Impact Award last week at its fourth annual conference held in New York City.
The award was established in honor of the late Greg Nowak who was a partner at Troutman Pepper and a founding member of the AFBA. Greg was a talented and accomplished attorney, a trusted advisor to his clients and colleagues alike, a mentor and teacher to numerous students, family, and friends, and a dear friend to everyone at Troutman Pepper.
Selected by members of the AFBA, Proskauer Partner David A. Picon was recognized with the award for his all-around efforts for the legal community both on matters of law and outside of it. We congratulate Picon on his recognition and thank the AFBA for honoring our friend Greg.
