Panelist Loren Smith of Brattle Group, Robert Hickok of Troutman Pepper, and Daniel Boland of Troutman Pepper will provide an overview of foundational economic principles relevant to antitrust law. It will also explore the economic and econometric tools utilized in litigating antitrust and competition matters and provide practical advice on how lawyers and economists can coordinate to most effectively develop and present economic evidence when litigating antitrust issues.
