Experienced IP Litigator Ben Wagner Joins Troutman Sanders in San Diego as Partner
SAN DIEGO – Ben Wagner, a multifaceted intellectual property and complex commercial litigator, has joined Troutman Sanders’ Intellectual Property practice in San Diego as a partner. Wagner previously practiced at Mintz Levin.
Wagner has handled hundreds of IP disputes for clients ranging from start-ups to established multi-nationals in a diverse range of industries, including apparel, consumer goods, life sciences, medical devices, real estate development, and professional sports. He has pursued and defended claims in state and federal courts across the country, international arbitration involving South America, Asia, the Middle East and Western Europe, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. In the process, he earned a reputation for consistently achieving top results by employing a tailor-fit approach to each dispute.
