Partner Don Detweiler is a member of the firm’s Finance & Restructuring Practice Group and helps clients in the areas of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, liquidating trusts, litigation trusts, and complex commercial litigation. He has served as counsel to numerous Chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees in several business segments, including manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, ethanol, apparel, pharmaceuticals, insurance and finance, health care, specialty pharmaceuticals, specialty products marketing and distribution, and printing.
Partner David Fournier represents various interests in complex bankruptcy proceedings in the District of Delaware and other jurisdictions. His clients include corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, official creditors’ committees, foreign representatives, and others. Fournier also has extensive experience as a mediator in bankruptcy litigation.
Partner David Stratton has decades of experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and individual creditors, and parties-in-interest as both lead and co-counsel in bankruptcy courts in the Districts of Delaware and Maryland, the Southern District of New York and other U.S. bankruptcy courts. He is a member of the American College of Bankruptcy and serves as Chairman of the Christiana Care Health Services Board of directors. Stratton also has significant experience representing clients in bankruptcy litigation. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers Delaware for 15 consecutive years.
Associate Taylor Bartholomew has been recognized as a “Rising Star” for his work involving mergers, sales and acquisitions of private equity and venture capital portfolio companies and corporate subsidiaries and divisions. His practice also involves counseling clients in matters of Delaware corporate and alternative entity law, including with respect to the navigation of fiduciary duties and conflict transactions.
