Troutman Pepper Advises Littlejohn & Co. in Acquisition of Pritchard Industries

With significant experience in the facility services sector, Littlejohn will support Pritchard Industries’ growth by providing capital and resources to enhance the company’s service offering, technology and geographical presence.
The multi-disciplinary, multi-office Troutman Pepper team advising Littlejohn was led by James Epstein and Jeremy Levy, and included, Joseph Kadlec, Celia Marcum, Ryan Salem, Chrissy Oberg, David Idokogi, and Dawn Hall (corporate); Brad Boericke, Lizzie Garner, Loren Flath, and Kimberly Petrolo (finance); Howard Goldberg, Saba Ashraf, and Mark Goldsmith (tax); Barbara Sicalides (antitrust); David Wormser (intellectual property); Malinda Steeb (real estate); Paul Porretta (benefits); Seth Ford, Robert Lee, and Yane McKenzie (labor and employment); and Todd Fracassi (environmental).
This is the second platform acquisition completed by Littlejohn in 2021 in which Troutman Pepper served as its counsel. Additionally, a Troutman Pepper team led by James Epstein and Dan McDonough represented Littlejohn in the recently completed sale of its portfolio company, HydroChemPSC, to Clean Harbors, Inc. for $1.25 billion.
