Troutman Pepper Counsels Piper Sandler in Subordinated Notes Offering for FVCBankcorp
RICHMOND, Va. – Troutman Pepper advised Piper Sandler & Co. as it served as sole placement agent for FVCBancorp, Inc.’s (NASDAQ:FVCB) $20 million subordinated notes offering. View a company press release about the transaction.
According to the company press release, FVCBankcorp plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, to include supporting capital ratios at its subsidiary, FVCbank, and potential repayment of a portion or all the $25 million outstanding subordinated debt callable June 30, 2021.
FVCbank is based in Fairfax, Virginia, and has nine offices in Arlington, Fairfax, Manassas, Reston and Springfield, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Baltimore, Bethesda, and Rockville, Maryland.
