ATLANTA – Troutman Pepper was part of a national trial team that secured a defense verdict after a nine-day jury trial in a pelvic mesh case in federal court in New Jersey. This trial win is the third win in seven months for the Troutman Pepper team following recent defense wins in a 12-day federal jury trial in Florida and a 10-day federal jury trial in California. Troutman Pepper has represented Johnson & Johnson in the litigation for over a decade, serving as lead trial counsel as well as being part of the national discovery team.
