Troutman Sanders Advises Craft Bank in De Novo Charter Approval
ATLANTA – Troutman Sanders LLP advised Craft Bank in acquiring regulatory approval from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Georgia Department of Banking and Finance to open the first new community bank inside Atlanta’s Perimeter in 11 years. The firm has advised in every de novo bank application filed in the state for the last decade.
Atlanta Partner James Stevens and Associate Brenna Sheffield are representing Craft Bank (in organization) with its formation.
