Mackenzie is a creative problem solver and committed advocate with a client-first mentality. She helps clients navigate complex litigation using practical and cost-effective solutions, including a focus on litigation avoidance and securing early dismissal of claims.

Mackenzie has a broad range of experience representing clients at both the state and federal levels in litigation related to contract disputes, business torts, False Claims Act allegations, class actions, real estate and leasing matters, and appellate advocacy. She understands the importance of securing dismissals and summary judgments that can withstand appellate scrutiny.

Mackenzie also counsels clients on proactively conforming their form documents to newly-enacted and existing legislation and regulations to avoid potential disputes. Her advice includes navigating the intricacies of contract drafting and execution in light of emerging technology and evolving electronic communication.

Mackenzie maintains an active pro bono practice focused primarily on representing military members and their families in civil actions.
