Michael DelGaudio is an associate in the Corporate practice at Troutman Sanders LLP. Michael’s practice focuses on assisting publicly and privately-held businesses with public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, and representing public companies in SEC reporting, corporate governance, and compliance matters.

Michael also focuses on the representation of business owners and privately-held, closely-held, and publicly-traded companies in general corporate matters, including choice of business entity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.

Michael received his law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review. His student note, From Ripe to Rotten: An Examination of the Continued Utility of the Ripeness Doctrine in Light of the Modern Standing Doctrine, was published in Volume 50 of the Georgia Law Review.
