Paul Boller is an Attorney in the Financial Services Litigation section of Troutman Sanders. Paul assists clients with navigating a variety of federal and state statutory and regulatory requirements in consumer financial services. Paul’s experience includes compliance counseling for federal consumer protection statutes such as:

  • Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Regulation Z (Reg Z);
  • Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and Regulation B (Reg B); and
  • Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and Regulation X (Reg X).

Before joining Troutman Sanders, Paul served as in-house Assistant Regulatory Counsel for Movement Mortgage where he advised business leaders on federal and state statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to residential lending. Paul also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Movement Mortgage from 2013-2016.

Paul graduated from Regent University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the 2011-12 Regent University Endowed Beazley Full Scholarship. In addition to earning his J.D., Paul received his Master’s in Law and Public Policy at Regent University Robertson School of Government.
