Jacob’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He assists individual and corporate clients in a variety of matters involving complex commercial and financial services litigation. He also advises clients
in matters relating to American Indian law. During law school, Jacob worked as a legal intern for the Oglala Sioux Tribe and assisted Washington University’s Center for Empirical Research in the Law in their Tribal Law Online
codification and digitization project.
