John Rizzini

John focuses on commercial real estate matters, including title and survey review, reviewing title commitments and policies, and real estate due diligence data room review. He drafts real estate documents such as closing agendas, deeds, promissory notes and mortgages, title affidavits, title objection letters, release documents, leases, memorandum of leases, legal descriptions, closing statements, and recording instruction letters.

John also works on residential sales of real estate, attending and assisting attorneys at real estate closings, and coordinating the recording of documents. He handles all post-closing matters, including the preparation of closing binders. John also handles zoning due diligence, including the preparation of zoning applications for zoning variances and special use permits, and subdivision matters. In addition, he focuses on litigation real estate matters and trust and estate matters involving real estate.
