Margo A. Gomez

Margo has more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, working independently in both domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution. She also assists attorneys and staff with various administrative tasks.

Margo has an extensive background in foreign filing prosecution, particularly in filing patent applications in foreign countries, along with PCT filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She is experienced in the management of patent portfolios and is proficient with patent database activities, primarily CPI. Margo is well versed in e-PCT, Global IP Estimator, IPDAS, and Unycom. Her background includes paralegal work for another major law firm.
