Mary represents corporate and individual clients in complex litigation with a significant focus on banking and financial services industry. Her experience representing major financial institutions also allows her to lead internal investigations and defend against enforcement actions by the Department of Justice, federal banking regulators, and other government agencies.
Mary earned her undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary and studied abroad at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, Germany. She earned her law degree from George Mason University School of Law, where she was a member of the George Mason Supreme Court Clinic. During law school, Mary also served as an intern for the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. in the Virginia Court of Appeals.
