Rosemary E. Dennison

Rosemary has more than 25 years of experience assisting counsel with commercial real estate transactions involving industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and self-storage properties. She assists counsel in the firm’s representation of national and regional lenders on construction financing and refinancing transactions, and with the representation of clients on acquisition and disposition deals.

Rosemary’s extensive experience includes assisting with and coordinating diligence reviews for single-property and multistate portfolio loans, summarizing and coordinating resolution of issues related to title matters, ALTA-NSPS surveys, zoning, and other property diligence through appropriate parties.

Rosemary also routinely assists counsel with preparing and maintaining closing checklists, drafting ancillary closing documents, reviewing entity documents, reviewing/approving authority certificates and consents, preparing signature packages, closing escrow letters, and coordinating with clients and all relevant parties for closings.
