Wheaton represents and advises clients on a variety of civil litigation matters, including class action and mass tort litigation. He also advises clients on emerging litigation risks.
Wheaton counsels and represents clients in an array of litigation matters in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. His experience as a federal district court clerk provides him a unique insight that translates into robust and effective written advocacy. Among other favorable outcomes, Wheaton has obtained early dismissal in class action litigation and a favorable defense result on summary judgment for a global pharmaceutical company in products liability litigation.
Additionally, Wheaton maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals in immigration proceedings. As part of his pro bono practice, he succeeded in appealing an adverse agency determination to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
