Puja Lea is a litigator who focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes and related strategic counseling. She has represented clients in patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters throughout the nation, including federal courts in Georgia, Delaware, Texas, California, Virginia, New York, and Tennessee. Puja’s intellectual property litigation experience includes appellate practice, jury trials, bench trials, and dispositive motions practice. Puja also has significant experience in Section 337 Investigations at the International Trade Commission, including the Commission’s 100-day early disposition program.
