Troutman Sanders Adds Prominent Litigation Partner to Atlanta Office

ATLANTA – David Meadows has joined Troutman Sanders LLP as a business litigation partner in the Atlanta office. He comes to the firm from King & Spalding.

Meadows is an experienced litigator who has represented major corporations, including Delta Air Lines, Inc., The Coca-Cola-Company, The Home Depot, and others in commercial litigation, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and other complex business disputes.

“David is a highly-skilled litigator who is well-regarded in the industry,” said Bill Withrow, chair of the firm’s Business Litigation Department. “We look forward to partnering with him to benefit our clients.”

“We are delighted for David to join our Atlanta team,” said Pete Robinson, managing partner of the firm’s Atlanta office. “His addition further boosts our bench strength and makes strategic sense for our clients.”

Troutman Sanders’ Business Litigation team includes a deep bench of more than 180 attorneys skilled at managing complex, multi-district litigation. The firm has represented clients in a broad range of issues in all 50 states and in virtually all federal jurisdictions, including the U.S. Supreme Court. “Troutman Sanders has a respected litigation team, and I look forward to working with them in a way that brings the most value to our clients,” Meadows said.

Meadows received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
