Jury Finds Perrigo Infringed Pepcid Patent, Must Pay $10M

(IBT). In this patent infringement suit, the jury found that drug manufacturer Perrigo’s generic version of Pepcid Complete infringed on BWH’s patent, and as a result, awarded BWH $10.2 million, the full amount sought in damages.
