Inclusion at our core

An inclusive environment results in better decision-making, better outcomes for our clients, and a firm where our team members can be successful and thrive.

More than a noble aspiration

Our greatest asset is our people.

Our thoughtful and creative solutions for clients are made possible by an inclusive environment — one in which every attorney and staff member can freely contribute their best work. To activate progress toward this goal, leaders embedded in every part of the firm help identify, amplify, and encourage opportunities for each individual to contribute to an inclusive culture. We invest in initiatives and innovative solutions designed to support the growth and development of our people, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to succeed.

“Lots of firms have excellent practitioners. The difference here is that ours are all focused on achieving something together that they couldn’t achieve alone. They value teamwork, because they understand that’s the only way to get the best product for the client.”

Ashley L. Taylor, Jr.

“It really is collegial and collaborative. I’ve loved working with partners and associates from my own practice and with others across the firm.”

Olivia Rousseau

“The firm has been very supportive of my creativity and the pursuit of things that really interest me. ”
