The discussed items will serve as a checklist for employers and plan administrators and attempt to identify or predict many of the particular challenges that the year-end may bring. We will also touch on recent events and changes in the law that may affect the administration of retirement and health and welfare plans.
This webinar will also focus on the increased activity by the IRS in seeking out Section 409A failures and highlight some areas that employers should be reviewing and assessing to ensure compliance. We will show examples of common mistakes, pitfalls and specific areas that the IRS may be targeting and reviewing.
