Troutman Sanders Moves into New Office Space in New York
New York, NY – Troutman Sanders LLP announced today that the firm’s New York office has moved to 875 Third Avenue. The firm relocated from its previous address in the Chrysler Building at 405 Lexington Avenue.
In the past two and a half years, the firm has added more than 30 lawyers in New York, including 13 partners. It is the firm’s third largest office with more than 100 lawyers. The new office features an efficient and collaborative design and has a total footprint of 87,000 square feet on three full floors.

The practice of the New York office includes corporate, with a focus on private equity and middle market M&A, intellectual property, life sciences, energy and project finance, commercial and asset based lending, financial services, real estate and real estate finance, construction and development, commercial and regulatory litigation, environmental, creditors’ rights and restructuring, tax, and employee benefits and executive compensation.
