June Ann's principal area of practice was antitrust. She acted as litigation counsel and provided antitrust counseling and compliance programs for companies representing a broad range of businesses including entertainment, utilities, transportation, communications, health care, mining, agriculture, and service and manufacturing. She served as Antitrust Counsel to trade groups such as the Southeastern Electric Exchange and the Intermodal Committee on Efficiency. On behalf of numerous clients, she dealt with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general in connection with merger/acquisition investigations, civil antitrust investigations, and criminal antitrust grand jury investigations. Her litigation experience also included copyright and trademark infringement, business tort claims such as tortious interference, restrictive covenant and trade secret claims, fraud and defamation, complex business disputes, and white collar crime. She had significant experience in media and entertainment fields.
